Flower Show Sunday Music Event.
10th August @ 2pm
The Sheriff are the kind of band that always put smile on your face. They play foot-tapping Irish songs with a somerset twang, including The Irish Rover, Galway Girl and Whiskey In The Jar. Their name ‘The Sheriff’ came from an old folk song that they perform, The Sheriff Of Midsomer Norton, and their version is claimed to be the “the best in the west”. The sound they create draws influence from The Dubliners and The Wurzels, and is guaranteed to everyone in the audience tapping along.
